"First Saturdays" in Beacon have become a mini cross-curb "Second Saturday" of recent months, as Van Brunt Gallery and Go North have, as of late, been holding simultaneous openings on those evenings, thereby smashing to bits the notion that there's only enough cultural life in Beacon to fill one evening a month. It's now clear to see that we can easily sustain two solid nights of going out per month.
Van Brunt Gallery's next exhibit will be opening this coming Saturday, and include shows by Stanford Kay, D. Dominick Lombardi and Stephen Niccolls. The opening reception runs from 6-9pm.
