The Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art in Peekskill continues its series of Video Artists in Dialogue.The second presentation will feature internationally renowned artist James Paterson and Bitforms Gallery owner/director Steve Sacks on Thursday March 16, 2006 at 7:00 pm. Video screenings and artist discussions will be moderated by Curator Daniel Fuller and a reception will follow.

James Paterson uses drawing and experiments with digital code to create this free-floating graffiti. Recent exhibitions have been held at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Museum of Contemporary Art at Taipei, ICA in London, the Seoul Museum of Art in Korea, the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, GGG Gallery in Tokyo, and the Centro de Cultura Contemporanea de Barcelona.
Steve Sacks is the Owner and Gallery Director of bitforms gallery in New York and Seoul, Korea. Bitforms gallery is devoted to emerging and established artists who embrace new media and contemporary art practice - resulting in new languages and artistic experiences. Steve represents artists who are using digital tools as an integral part of their process. Bitforms goal is evolution in art.
