In the mad rush of other things, this item was pushed to the fringe. The Dutchess County Arts Council is holding a grant workshop tonight from 6:30-8:30 at Van Brunt Gallery. The workshop offers advice for those wishing to apply for NYSCA's Decentralization Grants in Dutchess and Ulster Counties.
